Q:
Where can I mount my satelite dish?
A:
The FCC rules states that dishes one meter or less can be placed on the limited common area (patio) without seeking or receiving permission from the association. If adequate signal is not obtainable from the patio (if any), then a request to place it elsewhere will have to be submitted.
Q:
Am I responsible for replacing my windows and how do I go about it?
A:
Owners are responsibility for maintanence and replacement of windows covered under Section 9c article ii of Maintenance Responsibilities Declaration of Condominum. Under Section II article B- Grounds Care and Aesthetics of the Parkaire Crossing Rules and Regulations states any modification to the external appearance of a unit shall be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors and approved by them in writing prior to installation. The Board has approved a window manufactured by Capital Remodeling, but written approval is still required by them.

If a water pipe breaks do I pay for it or does the association
A:
You are responsible for all plumbing running in your unit except for plumbing that effects the whole building. To determine weather it is a your plumbing turn off the water at the main shut off valve in your unit and if the leak stops then you can determine that it is your responsibility.
